SEEKING – OFFICE MANAGER
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assist with general office tasks, and maintaining an efficient office environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
Prior A/C Company experience is a plus – but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
- Carries out administrative duties such as, computer work, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, text message and email.
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Preform receptionist duties when needed.
Skills:
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
